THE Pooch Palace doggy day care & training facility is a daytime home away from home for your dog or puppy, where dogs socialize and play all day long. There is no better atmosphere for obedience training because of all of the distractions provided. Whether you simply work long days like a lot of people or you just need us for special occasions, we would be glad to provide your pooch with entertainment and socialization for the day. All dogs, whether they are here for day care, boarding, or training, enjoy 10 hours of monitored interactive playtime with other dogs within the confines of an ENORMOUS yard area with pools to splash in and all kinds of fun things to do. Our biggest pool is huge...over 30 x 15 feet with 5 feet of depth in the deep end and a long, slow sloping shallow end for the dogs who like to splash but not swim. Another big hit with the dogs is the remote control car that flies around at over 40 mph! Tennis balls are thrown for the ball chasers all day as well. Over 40,000 square feet of outside play area combined with 16,000 square feet of climate controlled indoor play and lounge area full of comfy leather couches makes the Pooch Palace the largest day care facility in town, by far. We offer cageless and caged boarding, with suites ranging from mini (3x5) to the Presidential Suite (20x12 with several couches and television) to choose from. Every year FIVE MILLION healthy dogs end up in shelters; only 20% are adopted and the rest are euthanized. The most common reason for abandonment is behavioral problems. 90% of the dogs destroyed have never received obedience training. Alpha Dog Training will assist anyone interested in saving a dog from the local SPCA with their rescued dog's training for a reduced rate. If you are about to pick a dog or have rescued one within the last 30 days, call us and take advantage of our low priced help. If you're about to purchase a dog, please consider saving one instead. You may even find the very dog you were about to pay good money for right there at your local shelter. Save money and a dog's life at the same time! Larger discounts are offered to owners who rescue or rescued their dog from a kill shelter within the last 30 days because those are the dogs who stand to lose the most a dog can lose,...it's life.

They all need homes and are amazingly sweet dogs. The sooner we find homes for them, the sooner we can rescue more dogs. All three were scheduled to be euthanized and our goal is to save, train, and find homes for as many of these dogs as possible. If you don't want or need another dog, please spread the word to help us find homes for them so we can continue our effort to to rescue as many "death row" dogs as possible.
